The UCL Accommodation Waiting List is now open for the 2025-2026 Academic Year
Places will only be allocated via the waiting list if cancellations occur and spaces become available.
Room preferences on the waiting list will remain flexible, as availability may change depending on location and room type. We will continue to prioritise new students throughout this process.

Due to high demand, your offer may not exactly match your preferences, but we will strive to offer the best possible accommodation based on availability.

Undergraduate students should apply for Undergraduate 2025-2026 (39 weeks). This term session runs from Saturday 20 September 2025 to Saturday 20 June 2026.

Postgraduate students should apply for Postgraduate 2025-2026 (51 weeks). This term session runs from Saturday 20 September 2025 to Saturday 12 September 2026.

Affiliate students (including pre-sessional course applicants and Postgraduate Affiliates) should apply for Affiliate 2025-2026 (39 weeks). This term session runs from Saturday 20 September 2025 to Saturday 20 June 2026.

Affiliates students (including Postgraduate Affiliates) should apply for Affiliate 2025-2026 (Term 1). This term session runs from Saturday 20 September 2025 to Monday 5 January 2026.
If you have received an offer of accommodation, our Portal will allow you to respond to your offer and request a different arrival date. Before you arrive you'll also be able to book a time to check in to your hall and complete your mandatory pre-arrival induction.
