"I haven't logged in before, I haven't registered an email address and I don't have a UCL user ID"

The UCL Online User Registration service allows you to register an email address which you can use to access the UCL Accommodation Portal. If you've accepted an offer from UCL it will also allow you to check if your UCL user ID has been issued.

You'll need an email address and your UCL Student Number, which is quoted on all communications UCL sends you.

Please visit the Online User Registration website and then return to the UCL Accommodation Portal. If you've successfully registered an email address or your UCL user ID has been issued, you'll be able to log in using this and your password.
