"I have a UCL user ID but I don't know my password"
To reset or obtain a new password for your UCL user ID, contact IT Services by emailing itservices@ucl.ac.uk or telephoning +44 (0)20 7679 5000.
Once your new password has been set, return to the UCL Accommodation Portal and you'll be able to log in using your UCL user ID.
